The touching song project was designed to lift spirits on the darkest day of the year. After months of watching negative news, Will had two things, firstly a song that was a calming noise against the anxiety of 2020, and a sense that perhaps it could be put to a positive use. 

The video features four minutes of uplifting moments, with messages that fans could send in to give thanks to loved ones who have been there for them in this most difficult year. The result is a coming together of many people to show the most important part of our lives, those we choose to spend it with.

‘A storm in heaven, it’s been so long, let me set my eyes on your house. Make me cry, make me smile and make me feel I belong’.

Written and performed by Will Purdue, and produced by Grammy Award winning engineer Chris Wilkinson and Luke Brooking. Mastered at the world famous Metropolis studio by Mike Hiller.

The song is available digitally on all major streaming platforms and social media.
